Intelligent Growth: More Than a Tagline

Intelligent Growth is a new way of thinking about the same challenges our clients have always faced.The new SiriusDecisions Intelligent Growth framework promises to help organizations assess and prioritize options for growth.

Since joining Sirius nearly two years ago, I’ve had some amazing opportunities to help grow and evolve our company. One of those experiences was our recent rebranding initiative. I think it must be in every CMO’s DNA to want to make an impact on brand, and I suppose I’m no different.

Intelligent Growth is more than a tagline for us – it’s a new way of thinking about the same challenges our clients have always faced. Intelligent Growth means applying proven best practices to every process possible. It means using models and frameworks to support the journey of transformation, and it means leveraging the counsel afforded by our unique advisory model.

Intelligent Growth is also a new model at Sirius. We think it makes sense to take a measured, intelligent approach to consider what we see as the five core levers of growth. Our new Intelligent Growth model considers markets, buyers, offerings, M&A and productivity to be the key factors organizations must actively manage on an ongoing basis. Intelligent Growth requires organizations to rigorously recalibrate priorities against these five factors, emphasizing and investing in initiatives that will have the most impact.

This exciting new framework promises to help organizations assess and prioritize options for growth; understand the implications of those decisions for a broad variety of sales, marketing and product related functions; and operationalize growth strategies to support execution.

And the model does one more thing…it helps us keep our promise to our clients to remain driven by the same key motivation – growth.
