As someone who’s been on the floor at nearly every Summit, Georgie Donahue, VP at SiriusDecisions, has played an integral role in the evolution of this premiere b-to-b event. In recent years, she’s taken the lead in recruiting and supporting Summit sponsors. Here are three key points Georgie would like to share about this newsletter and this year’s Summit – which will take place from May 16 to May 19 at The Venetian in Las Vegas.
What enhancements have been added to sponsorship opportunities at the U.S. Summit?
We listen to our sponsors! We sent two surveys about last year’s Summit – one immediately after the event and a followup a few months later. Based on your answers and the requests of delegates, we’ve made some changes.
We’ve created an interactive show floor map to allow delegates to more easily navigate the show floor. Sponsors can use this map as well to select their booth location. Additionally, we have enlarged the Silver Sponsor booths by half a meter to allow more demos to take place in these booths.
The SiriusDecisions booth – where some of the analysts will convene – will be placed in the back of the show floor to drive greater traffic through the rest of the floor.
What changes have been made to the Marketplace schedule?
This year, the Marketplace will open at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16, as Summit delegates will be onsite and ready to learn. We have also chosen to close the Marketplace on Friday, May 19.
