This project works with the CMO and senior marketing executives to assess the current state of the marketing organization and its alignment to the strategic goals of the enterprise in order to ensure the right structure, capabilities and skills are in place   to support future success.


CMOs face a consistent challenge – how to optimize resources to meet the short- and long-term business and marketing needs. This is especially diffi because market demands, technologies and trends are changing buyer behavior and making it more important than ever to diff solutions and communicate value. As a result, CMOs need to continuously assess the functional alignment across marketing, sales and product to meet current and emerging go-to-market requirements.
