Ian brings more than 20 years of international experience managing marketing, brand and communications strategies for B2B companies. This experience spans public relations, social media, analyst relations, brand development, messaging and internal communications at innovative, venture-capital-backed startups as well as established multinational companies. Ian has also worked on a variety of large-scale research studies investigating brand perceptions, marketing effectiveness and public policy.

Ian has received numerous awards for his work and has been published widely. He received a BSc in electrical and electronic engineering from Coventry University and a PhD in communications and marketing from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
