With extensive experience across marketing disciplines, Adele is adept at building high-performing teams, modernizing marketing operations, designing and implementing go-to-market programs, and driving digital transformation. Her passion for marketing and leadership has led to becoming an author with a book on marketing analytics published by Harvard Business Review, The Analytical Marketer.

Prior to joining Forrester, Adele was a key member of executive teams at Splunk and SAS Institute, in which she was responsible for global marketing functions including strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, campaigns and field marketing, content marketing, event marketing, customer marketing, marketing sciences, and operations. She also led direct customer-facing functions such as the Customer Contact Center and the Executive Briefing Center. Adele has a keen understanding of the value of a customer experience focus across the entire customer lifecycle.
