Jessica Smith

Jessica has worked for over 30 years as a market researcher, client services manager, sales manager and analyst.  As a benchmarking analyst at SiriusDecisions, she brings her hands on experience working with clients to gather and review key sales and marketing spend and performance data and collaborates on benchmark and primary research initiatives including survey design, development, data collection, and analysis.

Prior to joining SiriusDecisions, as one of the first employees of and throughout her 29 years at Survey Sampling International (SSI), Jessica held many roles within the organization. As Vice President of Client Services she was responsible for territory optimization, streamlining internal processes to achieve productivity gains, global cross sell/up-sell opportunities and customer satisfaction which led to increased retention rates within the client base surpassing revenue & EBITA goals.  Jessica created and led product training as part of SSI University, hired and on-boarded new staff, developed and directed the offline client services business unit including strategic planning, budget/P&L, compensation plans, new product development, competitive positioning, pricing and staff development.  

Jessica earned a BS in English and Education from Western Illinois University.
