Principal Analyst, Marketing Operations Strategies

With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, Marcia is a principal analyst in the Forrester SiriusDecisions Marketing Operations Strategies service. Her areas of expertise include strategic marketing planning and investment, campaign development, performance measurement, marketing technology, process development, business transformation, and marketing and sales alignment/enablement. Marcia has worked across several functional marketing disciplines, as well as in product and sales operations and enablement.

Prior to joining Forrester, Marcia has held senior marketing and business operations roles at Workday, New Relic, Juniper Networks, Adobe Systems, and PeopleSoft. She has driven large-scale marketing automation implementations, managed annual planning and budgeting, marketing M&A integration, campaign creation, and dashboard development. Most recently, she was a senior consultant at Inverta, and was previously a research director for the Marketing Executive Advisory and Marketing Operations Strategies services at SiriusDecisions.

Marcia received both a BS in public relations and marketing and an MBA from San Jose State University.
