Rani’s career encapsulates a history of successfully repositioning companies for digital pivots; identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology; innovating new marketing approaches; and working successfully across industry, geographic, sales and commercialization matrices. She has a gift for bringing out the best in others and empowering marketing teams with fresh go-to-market strategies that yield success.

Prior to joining SiriusDecisions, Rani performed fractional CMO and consulting services for a wide range of organizations — from Fortune 500 companies to venture-backed start-ups — and led global marketing teams as a vice president of global marketing. She also has played key roles in leading merger and acquisition activities, including at IBM and Schlumberger.

Rani has degrees in marketing from Norwich University and Newbury College.
