Scott McLeod

Research Director, Sales Operations Strategies

Scott brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership roles spanning sales operations, management consulting, sales enablement and sales engineering. He thrives on helping clients, executives and sales teams solve complex business problems that impact the bottom line.

Prior to joining SiriusDecisions, Scott was a senior consultant and then senior director of sales and consulting operations at SBI, a leading management consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing. He helped clients in numerous industries on projects spanning go-to-market strategies, market and account segmentation, potential- and propensity-to-buy algorithms, benchmarking, organizational and territory design, quota setting, compensation, pipeline and forecast, sales process, and customer success.

Prior to SBI, Scott was director of sales operations at TPx, a leading managed services company. He managed the analytics, compensation and CRM administrator teams, and was chief of staff to the president.

Scott received a BS in engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from St. Edward’s University. He has also completed post-graduate certificates at the University of Texas and MIT.
